When do my plan days start?
Only when you activate your key in the desktop app — not when you pay.
Can the interviewer see InterviewLens when I share my screen?
No. The window and its cursor are excluded from screen capture on Windows 10 (2004+) and 11, so Zoom, Meet and Teams show only what is behind it.
Can I move to a new laptop?
Yes — add the new Device ID in the portal and move your license (up to 2 times a month).
How do I pay?
UPI, cards and netbanking. Your activation key is emailed as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Will I be reminded before it expires?
Yes — by email, in your portal and inside the app, 7,3,1 days before.
Does it work with Bluetooth headsets?
Yes. It captures what your speakers or headset play, including Bluetooth earbuds.
