What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone (optional), and your Google profile name/photo if you sign in with Google.
• Purchase details: plan, amount, order and invoice numbers, and payment references (UTR / Razorpay IDs). Card and UPI PIN details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
• Device details: the random Device ID generated by the desktop app, its version, computer name and IP address — used to activate and check your license.
• Activity: sign-ins, pages you visit in this portal, buttons you click, time on page, IP address, browser, and desktop app check-ins. This helps us prevent fraud, fix problems and support you.

How we use it

To run your account and licenses, send emails you need (verification, keys, receipts, expiry reminders, security alerts), prevent abuse and give support. Our support team may view your account (including as you see it) to help you; every such access is logged.

Your choices

You can see your own activity log, download your data, turn off reminder or marketing emails, sign out other sessions and delete your account from Profile and Security.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, secrets are encrypted, sessions can be revoked at any time and two-step verification is available.
